The Cleveland Browns announced they’re inactive players for today’s game against the Tennessee Titans. NFL rules only allow teams to dress 48 of their 53-man rosters on game day making them eligible to play.

The Browns elevated offensive tackle Ty Nsekhe for the game so they had to make six players inactive in this one. The following players were listed as inactive and won’t play today.

OT- James Hudson

CB- Greg Newsome

DT- Siaki Ika

DE- Isaiah McGuire

C - Luke Wypler

S- Ronnie Hickman

Newsome was ruled out for this game on Friday after injuring his elbow during Monday night's loss to Pittsburgh. Kevin Stefanski said the injury won't keep Newsome out for an extended period but added that this coming week will be a wait and see situation.

Hudson popped up on the injury report this week with an ankle injury and was unable to practice on Friday. Nsekhe will be the next man up at tackle for this game should he be needed.

With a total of ten rookies on the 53-man roster only those who are needed to contribute on game-day have a chance of being active. Rookie cornerback Kahlef Hailassie will make his debut in a Browns uniform today in the wake of the injury to Newsome.
