MLB Rumors: Yankees Among Several Teams To Scout Noah Syndergaard

Keep up with the latest rumors leading up to the trade deadline on July 31.

It is that time of year again, where MLB teams look around to try to bolster their rosters before making potential playoff runs.

But there is one change in 2019 as opposed to previous years. Preciously, July 31 was designated as the non-waiver Trade Deadline, which allowed players to be dealt after that date if they cleared trade waivers.

Teams still have to abide by the Aug. 31 postseason roster deadline.
