USC Football: Odds-On Favorites To Draft Caleb Williams Revealed
The 2024 NFL draft is next month and the mystery of where USC superstar quarterback Caleb Williams remains palpable.
Williams is a highly touted NFL prospect and has a chance to change an NFL franchise forever. Although that may be the case, the question on everyone's mind is, 'Where will Williams land?'
We're all asking the same question, so DraftKings revealed the NFL teams as the favorites to land the All-American.
According to DraftKings, the Chicago Bears are the odds-on favorite to draft Williams at -900 odds.
Following the Bears are the Washington Commanders at +300 and the New England Patriots at +1700. The Atlanta Falcons and the Las Vegas Raiders fill out the top 5, tied at +2000 odds.
The Bears hold the number one pick in the upcoming draft. The talk between the Bears and Williams has been the storyline of the offseason and the NFL draft.
Although Williams is likely to be the number-one pick, it's not as easy as it seems. The Bears have a young quarterback of their own, Ohio State's own Justin Fields. Fields has been the consensus starter for the Bears in the last two seasons; however, the Chicago front office may be thinking of a change.
We'll find out soon what Chicago will do. Nonetheless, the other teams on the list to draft Williams all desire a quarterback and have no controversies on that front. Will Chicago stand pat and trade Fields, or will they trade the draft pick and retain Fields??
