USC Football: Former Trojans WR Amon-Ra St. Brown Will be Featured in New Netflix Docuseries

St. Brown to be featured in docuseries.

Former USC Trojan wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown is set to be featured in an upcoming Netflix series that will follow NFL receivers, called "Receiver."

The series, which will follow the mold of the Netflix hit, "Quarterback," will now take a look at the lives of five NFL receivers. "Quarterback," which followed Marcus Mariota, and Patrick Mahomes, proved to be a humongous success in its first edition. Like "Quarterback," the series will be produced by Peyton Manning and Omaha Productions.

The series will take a deep dive look at these receivers both on and off the field. The series often takes an honest look at what players are feeling after wins and losses, and the reality of what goes into training and recovery from games.

The others who will be featured include Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams, San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel, 49ers tight end George Kittle, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson, and St. Brown.

St. Brown has earned his way to a spot in this docuseries as he has established himself as one of the NFL's better receivers. A former fourth-round pick in 2021, St. Brown has recorded back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons with the Detroit Lions. This past season, St. Brown had his best year yet. He garnered 1,515 receiving yards along with 10 touchdowns. He earned his first All-Pro nod and has already made two Pro Bowls.

Before his NFL career, St. Brown was a standout Trojan. He went for over 1,000 yards during his 2019 season with USC and made first-team All-Pac-12 in 2020.
