Mike Woodson has coached 89 games at Indiana, and he's never been this big of an underdog as he is at Illinois on Saturday. The 14.5-point line surpasses the previous mark by two. Here's the latest on the point spread, plus a great history of both teams.

CHAMPAIGN, Ill — We are deep into Mike Woodson's third season as the man in charge at Indiana, and we have a first on Saturday when the Hoosiers take on Illinois at the State Farm Center.

Illinois is a whopping 14.5-point favorite according to the SISportsbook.com gambling website. It's the largest point spread under Woodson for the underdog Hoosiers, who were 12.5-dogs against current No. 1 Connecticut in November. The over/under is 154.5

The previous record before this season was 10 last year at Purdue. The Hoosiers won that game outright, by the way. And for good measure, Indiana also won in Champaign last year as 6.5-point underdog.

Illinois is a big favorite for a good reason. The No. 10 Illini have been played well of late, and they have covered in 13 of their past 15 games.

Indiana is just 1-3 in true road games this year. They've also only covered once, in the win at Michigan in December.

The game starts at 3 p.m. ET and is being televised on FOX. For all of the information on how to watch and a great preview of the game,CLICK HERE
